Christmas In July -Christmas Clearing House Woodstock Rotary Club – Race Course Spotters Needed

Even Background: Christmas happens for around 1,300 families within the boundaries of School District 200  CCH happens the Saturday prior to Christmas. July’s 5K run around the Woodstock Square area directly benefits our community by using its proceeds to support those less fortunate. Please consider helping out at the 5K run event. Weather Spotter Class March 5, 2019

McHenry County Emergency Management Agency and the National Weather Service will host a Severe Weather Spotter Training on March 5, 2019 @ 6:30 pm, at the McHenry County Mental Health Board

620 Dakota St, Crystal Lake, IL 60012.

WINLINK- RMS Station Gateway is Here K9ESV-10

McHenry County ihas established  Winlink-RMS packet gateway on 145.610 Simplex No PL.  More information on the Winlink system can be found at the link for the Live System Information. Stations, status and frequence information are all at this link.  https://winlink.org/RMSChannels. Also these test stations are on HF:

  • NC9IL will now be operating Winmor P2P indefinitely on CF 3571.5 for testing purposes.
  • K9LJB will now be operating ARDOP P2P indefinitely on CF 3571.5 for testing purposes.
  • W9DSR will operate as an PACTOR/ARDOP/Winmor RMS on CF 3595.0 during the day, most days.

Per Frits Bock (WD9FMB): As these are testing platforms, there will be times when they will be down for maintenance, resets, or re-purposing.
